Larry has been in the multi family industry for 31 years. Starting with just himself and Donna  as a residential insulation company and growing to a regional insulation, drywall and painting contractor with over 5,000 units complete to date. 

Donna worked hand in hand with larry since the very begining and has been a vital part in the growth and operations of DCY since its inception.

As the son of Larry and Donna Zac came up being able to watch and learn the workings of the bussiness. He has been full time with DCY since 2000 and over sees the day to day operations

As the son of Larry and Donna Taylor came up being able to watch and learn the workings of the bussiness. He has been fulltime with DCY since 2012 and oversees all the financials.

Brandon has been with DCY since 2017. Starting as a drywall finisher and moving up to PM. He oversees the field operations and is the liaison between DCY an the customer.

Mario has been with DCY since 2022. He over sees the field operations in Huntsville, AL.  He brings over 30 years of paint experince alone. 

Erik has been with DCY since 2022. He oversees all the quality control for the painting. He is the liaison between the DCY and the customer.

Josh Has been with DCY since 2019.  He oversees all the facility mantenance.
